The whole premise is just stupid. She couldn’t have a conversation with her bf but she was strong enough to leave and not talk to him for 10 years??? Also, why would this author write such a weak female lead? I mean pick a lane she leaves the love of her life over words but is going to marry a guy who doesn’t propose but plans their marriage for tax purposes. Ten years later, she returns to help her dad sell his ranch and move to New York. Will Mason ever find out what happened to break them up? Yes, he does and it’s a shock because the one time he lies, it comes back to bite him. This book has several steamy scenes, but regardless of what’s happened, Mason and Gina’s love shows through. I can’t wait to read the books about the other Remington brothers.
