1By Dog mystery loverThis would have been a great story EXCEPT it was marred by the explicit sex the author included. I think the inclusion of sex material is too graphic and visual. I'd rather have implied sex like a 'G' or 'PG' rating. For me, it completely takes away from the storyline!easy, entertaining and heart felt romance

She finds evidence against her late husband in the garden and brings it to Officer Lincoln Heller. Isabel is instantly attracted to Linc and the feeling is mutual but Linc’s high risk career is something she will never expose her daughter to. Linc actively and dominantly pursues Isabel. Although Isabel is almost instantly in love with Linc, she tires to hold his advances at bay because she fears his high risk career. I had a little problem with Isabel’s vacillation between her conflicting emotions of love and fear. Resistance is futile… I enjoyed this sweet, wooing romance. Linc is a strong and uber alpha. Isabel shares some of that strength characteristics but she also comes across as a deeply caring parent. In the end, Wooed by You was an easy, entertaining and heart felt romance. 5By jbebout1295Wooed by You follows the tumultuous relationship of Linc, a hardened vice detective, and Isabelle, a young widow and mother who runs an orchard. I much enjoyed watching the relationship between these two characters unfold and I found the characters to be quite well developed. They were very real and complex and this allowed me to really become invested in their lives. I liked that the author gave us the alternating viewpoints of Linc and Isabelle in the writing. I think this helps to make this story one that both men and women can relate to. Overall, I found the book to be delightful, compelling, pure, intriguing, and totally captivating. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a very sweet and engaging read. * I received an ARC of this book in exchange for my honest review.
