A Thousand Lies: Lies Every Good American Must Believe

This author is a cynic who is too cowardly to believe in anything........at all. He dislikes Christianity, but his "lies" seem to paint some sort of belief in a higher power. He thinks that the U.S. and the U.N. engage in drug trafficking. He is misogynistic, homophobic, and willfully intolerant. He believes that everything is a vast conspiracy, and never accepts simplistic answers. Avoid this crap at all costs...........

After reading 20 pages and then skimming through the rest of this "book," I must agree with the other reviewers: this is a compilation of numerous, unsupported opinions that anyone with the time could write down. Some are incredibly obvious lies like "Fast food is not poison." Other lies are just way out in left field like "God is on our side" or "Organ donorship is a bad thing"...really crazy conspiracy stuff or ignorant opinions. And then once in a blue moon you'll find a lie that you didn't think about before and is really profound...one that you think should be realize because societal action could improve the problem the lie exposes...but then there is no research or study to support it which adds to the pointlessness of this "book."

You, my fellow man, have a wild outlook on the state of things. Some things you stated were common knowledge, others seemed like you made astounding mental leaps to connect unrelated trains of thought.

It's unfortunate that you can't give less than one star. Sure, I guess any cynic can write a thousand ignorant opinions down with no substance to support them and then call it a book. I'll call it what it is, garbage. I just hope no paper was wasted printing it.

I read until I read that "the U.S. Constitution is the law of the land" was a lie and I quit. How can the author be an American? It is disgusting .
