Great all around energy smoothie is one yellow apple peeled & chopped, one peeled kiwi chopped, one unpeeled Bartlett pear chopped, one sliced banana, single serving can of unsweetened pineapple juice, one small peeled & seeded tangerine, a handful of frozen mango chunks (get them in the frozen food dept at the grocery store) - blend it up in your blender until it starts to liquefy then add 2 cups of baby spinach and blend until it's all puréed. It's a funky green but it's delicious and good for you. I wouldn't make the ones in this book they don't seem appetizing at all.Ok
