Book two in the Keller Family Series

Sometimes love is right where you left it.

Carlos Keller was finally moving on. He'd asked Kathy to marry him and now he could forever put behind him the disappointment of his failed first marriage to the only woman who ever held his heart, Madeline.

Madeline can only assume karma is out to destroy her life. Her second marriage has ended. Her doctor has told her she has breast cancer, and now the only man she's ever really loved is getting married.

Even though divorced, Carlos and Madeline remained close friends. But with one moving on, and one facing the possible end, will it be too much to remain friends? Or will fate step in and offer them a second chance?

This book touched my heart in many ways (mostly on a personal level). The element of surprise at the end really was emotional. I would given this 5 stars but there should have been some editing.

I dont tend to write many reviews but this one deserved it: its a very beautiful story where you get to understand each characrer and their point of view of the same situation. Its a different story with an expected turning but nonetheless it was threaded beautifully. I loved this story.

This second book in the series was a very good and fast read. It was actually a much better read than the first - better character development, better prose. It was obvious the author had experienced her own sense of development between both works because this time around her characters were mature, developed, realized from start to finish and had an endearing realistic quality. Kudos!

Loves this story....at times I couldn't take reading it because my heart broke an then to fine out where it would end. At times I had to put the book down it hit my fist on the table. But this book was beautifully well written. It's worth reading and now off to the third book.
