Description

Psychotherapist Kate Huntington helps other people cope with the horrible things that have happened to them, but she herself has led a charmed life... until now.

When a series of what seem like random events–a matter of being in the wrong place at the wrong time–takes a sinister twist, it becomes apparent that she and her lawyer friend, Rob Franklin, have a common enemy. But the lead police detective has a different theory. He's convinced Kate and Rob are lovers attempting to eliminate their spouses. And he seems determined to build a case against them.

As the attacks escalate, Kate and Rob are forced to investigate on their own. Who hates them enough to want them both dead? And doesn't seem to mind if others get caught in the crossfire!

(All books in this series are designed to be read and enjoyed as stand-alones as well.)

Started out well, though it would be a good story. Unfortunately towards the second half I found it to be repetitive and drawn out. I read about 80% of the story, but finally gave up. I lost interest and didn’t care anymore.

This book starts with a bang and never stops! If you like mysteries, smart women and healthy family and friend relationships - this book is for you. Reminds me of some of the wonderful older James Patterson books. You won’t be able to put it down.

Multiple Motives is full of strong women, many plot twists and a solid group of friends that loyally help each other through the events depicted. Very believable and a definite page turner!

the plot is fine ok plot is fine but the DIALOGUE and the TONE and DEVELOPMENT OF THE CHARACTERS i cant even finish it its so bad it sounds like a third grader wrote it not one character says a single mature intelligent thing. its just ppl stating the obvious over and over again.
