Description

Akira has secrets. But so does the town of Tassamara.

Akira Malone believes in the scientific method, evolution, and Einstein's theory of relativity.

And ghosts.

All the logic and reason in the world can't protect her from the truth—she can see and communicate with spirits. But Akira is sure that her ability is just a genetic quirk and the ghosts she encounters simply leftover electromagnetic energy.

Dangerous electromagnetic energy.

Zane Latimer believes in telepathy, precognition, auras, and that playing Halo with your employees is an excellent management technique. He also thinks that maybe, just maybe, Akira can help his family get in touch with their lost loved ones.

But will Akira ever be able to face her fears and accept her gift? Or will Zane's relatives be trapped between life and death forever?

Well written and entertaining. I am not easy to please but I thoroughly enjoy this story and its perspective.

So different, and I loved it...Nothing boring or expected in this story. I'm definitely following the stories and characters in this funny little town in Florida...and the fact that I live in Florida and twenty-five minutes from Cassadaga has nothing to do with it... Heading for the next story now, in fact.... Sue Bainter

This book was so good! I just wished it had been longer!

This book is really good, the characters are NOT cookie cutter, and the story keeps you reading, even with the errors. However, the one sex scene was so awkward and out of place the story would have been a hundred percent better if it wasn't included. I would have been happy to give this a five star rating if that scene was omitted and if the story had been professionally edited, some sentences read weird or were not punctuated correctly and the tense was messed up at times, but other than that it was pretty good.
