Mitch Holden is the football coach and school counselor in Marietta Montana. The last thing he expects to see late at night is a woman in a wedding dress rummaging through her trunk. Emma McGregor has left her groom after overhearing his true feelings about there marriage. Driving for hours she lands in Marietta with no clue where she is until she sees Mitch. Emma finds herself a place to stay and a job but she also finds herself interested in Mitch as more than the friends they agreed to be. They both fear there secret will hurt the other but it just might bring them closer. This is a good book that makes me want to visit Marietta for Christmas even more. The main characters are the perfect match for one another that you cant help but fall in love with.

This book makes me want to move to Marietta Montana. Emma has the worse day of her life, which was suppose to be the happiest. She gets in her car and drives, ending up in Marietta. The town welcomes her with open hearts, including newcomer, varsity coach, Mitch. They both have secrets from their past. Loved these characters and the rest of the town of Marietta. It shows you just need to believe in yourself. A little Christmas magic works for everyone. I highly recommend this quick story for anyone that loves the magic of Christmas. I received this book from netgalley for an honest review.
