    Forget other books! This is the one! Even if you are not into a plant based lifestyle, this is worth buying for meatless Mondays or any other day. An extensive, well written cookbook. 101 plant based recipes centered around everyday needs with a picture next to each recipe. Yes!!!

    The first two recipes I tried today were worth the price of this book. Chickpea noodle soup and "no tuna" salad sandwich exceeded my expectations. I'm off to Trader Joe's now for some ingredients for the Vegan Enchiladas. Can't wait.
