Description
THE NEW YORK TIMES BESTSELLER!
Mark Greaney, the #1 New York Times bestselling coauthor of Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan novels, delivers another breakneck thriller following the world’s deadliest assassin—the Gray Man…
After five years on the run Court Gentry is back on the inside at the CIA. But his first mission makes him wish he had stayed on the outs when a pair of Chinese agents try to take him down in Hong Kong. Normally the Chinese prefer to stay eyes-only on foreign agents. So why are they on such high alert?
Court’s high stakes hunt for answers takes him across Southeast Asia and leads
to his old friend, Donald Fitzroy, who is being held hostage by the Chinese. Fitzroy was contracted to find Fan Jiang, a former member of an ultra-secret computer warfare unit responsible for testing China’s own security systems. And it seems Fan may have been too good at his job—because China wants him dead.
The first two kill teams Fitzroy sent to find Fan have disappeared and the Chinese have decided to “supervise” the next operation. What they don't know is that Gentry’s mission is to find Fan first and get whatever intel he has to the US.
After that, all he has to do is get out alive...
Reviews
It’s Complicated
3By Scott_A_Miller3.5 Stars. For some reason this book took me forever. It wasn’t bad though.it wasn’t great either. I think this series is just like that for me. I like it but it’s in the middle of my pack I guess. I really liked Zoya in this. She was the perfect sidekick for Court. It looks like Greaney wants us to think we won’t see her again. I really hope we do.Too many references to unfamiliar locations
2By Babybehr1991No my favorite Grey Man novel, and the ending was a disappointment.Gunmetal Gray

4By Papa ColadaThe Romance made it a better story.Took a while to get there but landed well
3By HarasoliThis book was a bit of a job for me. It had its moments early but took a while to build up and get to the point i didn’t want to put it down. Still a good read overall.Another great Mark Greaney story
5By joe h tThis was one more great, thought provoking novel by Mark Greaney. The gray man does some crazy, almost impossible things but the author makes these things seem not so outlandish but rather within the scope of a highly trained professional. Great reading…And again….he did it!
5By Alchemist70With each Gray Man novel I am so impressed with the plot being weaved into an extreme attention to actual real detail! Weapons, aircraft, and geography are all accurate! But putting them into a story that is captivating and entertaining is brilliant! And now, on to Agent In Place!! Can’t wait!As a woman this reading series is really captivating.
5By rocky tecjycContinues to keep you wanting to know mores.Hit
5By jeffmccAnother great Gray Man novel.Worth the Bucks
5By Handsome SmittyWords. Lots of words. Then, that’s what a thriller is supposed to be, isn’t it. You get what you expectantly laid your money down for. Suspense, twists, turns, more suspense. It’s all here—enjoy!Really good storytelling
4By JerrmanA top notch thriller. Action packed and full of atmosphere. You can easily understand the success of the Gray Man books. Why the protagonist has a cheesy name like Court Gentry is odd (think Jack Ryan or even Jason Bourne) but, it is what it is. Regardless, it’s good storytelling.Suprises
5By Reach HigherSome surprises for a change but also some depressing revealments. What is Brewer hiding? Liked Zoya. When will we see her again?Thumbs up!
5By Jwm12Started kind of slow, but man, it was great once it got rolling.Loved it
5By hover goat2000Another good one!Excellant book
5By grutfdVery exciting fast paced book. If you’d like excitement including violence it was a very intense bookNever slow, never dull, even the deep details are exciting, a great read.
4By Grampa FrankI’m starting the next book right now and I can’t wait.Great story and characters
5By southernbelle 95I would recommend.Slow, tedious story development.
2By MegaProgrammerI don’t know who told the author that referring to the same character by multiple descriptions and names in adjacent sentences is cool but they were misinformed. Sophomoric writing style. Apparently the author is in LOVE with the word “binos” because he uses it dozens of times in every book.Excellent Read
5By Dubz Dbl DJust great!
