I have the 5th edition which has a lovely table of contents. The sixth edition is horrible! The authors didn’t even bother taking the time to make one. I believe the iBooks Author app made one automatically for them which is why its terrible. The table of contents is very improvement when it comes to ebooks verus the physical book.
