Leave a Cheater, Gain a Life

This book was an excellent read and helped me tremendously!!

Being the wayward spouse I can totally understand most of this book but I also feel that it can amplify hate in the heart of the betrayed. This can cause the damage to amplify 10 fold as has happened with my marriage. I wanted to stay together and for the last few weeks get back together until she decided to file blatantly false charges against me for threatening her and our son. Did cheating on her hurt her and make her feel horrible about life and herself yes absolutely. But I’m sorry that pales in comparison to the damage she is putting me thru with a fake domestic violence of threatening charge and while I was put in jail for only a handful of hours this will stay on my record forever unless I can convince a jury I did not do anything like this. The next day she went and filed a restraining order against me for her my son and her family. This was also a blatant lie filled paper but the difference with this is my day in court will be to convince only a magistrate and not a jury and if the magistrate only wants to listen to her and her unfounded lies I will lose contact and all custody of my son for up to 5 years!! I don’t care if you are mad I cheated you do not try to destroy my life and memory to my autistic son!!! Sorry for the rant but she read your book and then suddenly 2 days later this happened. Kinda weird timing if she didn’t get some crazy ideas by reading your book and doing what she does best take a little from here and there and come up with her own version of your book and what she should do. I read the book and I gotta say you give no excuse for cheating and I can totally understand your point of view but punishment and life destroying behavior are two different things entirely. She likes to read reviews of books and hopefully she sees this one and can actually review her own decision before it’s too late for our son. I don’t want her to jeopardize his life by forcing him to grow up without a father in his life. I already missed his 9th birthday because of this.

I’ve read hundreds of books and this is the first review I’ve ever written. This book is exactly what I needed to read. She says what you need to hear and she says it so straight-forward that there’s no other way to interpret what she’s says other than the truth. She helped me realize how pathetic I was being and how much I was lying to myself. This is a must-read if you’ve been cheated on.

This book is amazing and really gave me Insight on what was going on in my relationship after he confessed infidelity to me. Now I know why I acted so INSANE.

This book literally saved my life. Cheating is abuse by a highly disordered, narcissistic and self absorbed person who doesn’t value you, and it’s probably in your best interest to move on. There’s no other book to read about infidelity.

I recommend every “chump” read this and follow this so that you can free yourself from the lies, gaslighting and manipulation. If you find yourself cheated on, don’t wait the sooner you read this book the clearer everything becomes.

The most eye opening book I have read on this topic since I was cheated on 3 years ago. Had I read this sooner I would have divorced sooner and walked away from his lies immediately! Great title! Leave a cheater, gain your life back. Do it!

Funny but yet super insightful. Changed my whole thought process. Definitely recommend it!
