1By Lorrielou37Elle might be the most annoying character I’ve ever had the displeasure to read about. Every time it’s her “turn” in the books, she is always “poor me, Leo doesn’t love me, blah blah blah”. If it weren’t for Leo, I never would have made it past the first couple chapters. I think the authors need to take out about 75% of Elle’s inner thoughts and the book would be amazing. Seriously, how many times does a reader need to hear about how Elle has always chosen bad men and how they’ve always used her? Then to completely over react to EVERY situation with Leo? So annoying. Female leads don’t have to be whiny, soft, oh woe is me. How about a string female once in a while?Awful
