Description

“In NO PLACE TO DIE, Jaden Skye creates a set of characters that are very well developed, and makes you cheer for our heroine on every page. The environment and the overall description of scenes are superb, making you feel the suspense in the air the whole time. Jaden Skye is a natural story teller and the plot is intelligent and intense, developing at a nice pace. The book was well edited and is an easy read...I can hardly wait to put my hands on the second volume of this series….I recommend this book to the permanent library of all readers that enjoy a well written suspense/romance.”

Lots of annoying errors but the most annoying one is the multiple times the wrong name is used. My bigger issue with this book is the fact that Olivia is treated like a real detective by Wayne. He allows her to insert herself into police business without a moments hesitation. If she actually had any crazy natural talent for solving stuff, then maybe I could believe this far fetched story more. The conversations are stiff and unnatural. I am only finishing this book because I never leave a book unfinished but I am really having to force myself to finish it.

Horrible read, completely unbelievable. And what’s up with all the “!” after every sentence? Couldn’t finish, sorry.

I have read all of Jaden Skye’s books. Her Caribbean Murder Series was excellent. I loved the development of all the characters in each book. This new series, Murder in the Keys, is turning out to be just a good. They are easy and enjoyable to read with characters that you really like and want to solve the issues/cases. Keep up the good plots!

NO PLACE TO VANISH by Jaden Skye. Book 2 "Murder in the Keys" Olivia returning without Todd; even work in New York was now foreign to her. A call about Raine, a friend she use to know, and a former college roommate. Now missing, could she help Sean, look for her, or was this a prank of Raine. Excitement and eager to start the case. What clues will she find, or even the killer. Will she return to New York, or will something new open for her in the keys. Even Wayne seemed interested in keeping her around. I have re read the Caribbean Murder series many times, and love them. This series, is following with a woman in the lead solving cases. Delightful, enjoyable, and looking forward to more about the main characters.
