4By singneonThis is hilarious!! I was so sure that I figured out whodunnit, I was so close yet failed again, lol. I like Jamie, I wish she had a little more self confidence. Maizy is just so outrageous, 100% risk taker, exact opposite of Jamie who is the "old" or rather supposed to be the more mature one in this dynamic duo. Very entertaining, gripping mystery full of their shocking antics that repeatedly had me laughing out loud. I enjoyed this and really wish Jamie would give Curt a chance to get to know her better :) without the chicken cutlets, lol!!!!Jamie does it again!

When her teenage side-kick Maisy coaxes her into investigating the murder of one of the members of her favorite band, they find themselves in peril once again. Turns out bad boy Nicky D had made lots of enemies, so this duo has their work cut out for them. Of course they have help from hunky uncle and landlord Curt and hilariously awkward Eunice. There are twists and turns around every corner in this story that keeps you guessing until the very end. It was very exciting. I highly recommend this book. I have read every book in this series and have really enjoyed them all. You can definitely enjoy this story without having read the others, but it will be much more enjoyable if you read the other books in the series. I can’t wait to see how things develop between Jamie and Curt! Was he the one at the door?!A Playboy In Peril
