Work. That's all I do.
After my best friend betrayed me, that's all I can do. I'm trying to nail a massive contract. One that'll put my company ahead of the rest.
But, of course, he's a traditionalist.
My assistant says I need a fiancée. Someone that makes me look good in a commitment. Except, I don't date. And I don't intend to start.
So a fake fiancée it is.
What I didn't expect were her legs. Or her poise. Or her perfection.
And now? I can't keep my eyes off her.
I have to stay focused, but her scent is alluring. I have to stay away, because her pull is too strong. I know she comes with bonuses. I know she's bought and paid for. She's only short-term.
But this amazing fake fiancée is the perfect woman for my life.

Elizabeth
1By Book Worm PlusNot a complete story. You must buy 2 more books.Good book, BUT
5By kiwi weirdI honestly liked everything it was kind of difficult trying not to fall of the couch every time I read good parts of the book but I still kind of got upset when Philip regretted having the time he did with Elizabeth even when he wanted it so much and also when he didn’t pay attention to Elizabeth, also she deserved to go with Philip even after the trip plus deserved a good ending.bad ending
5By go take a showerwhy did it end like that they should’ve got married🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲Don’t
1By Bored mommy. It end with a cliffhangerIt was a no for me
2By m_d16I’m a huge Lexi Timms fan but this was BAD. Poor character building and I couldn’t stand Phil. He wasn’t likable and it was embarrassing that she kept having to guide him. It didn’t even seem like she was all that into also.Good
5By Skiplayer1I liked it. It was just a little sad and emotional at times. The cliffhanger didn’t surprise me because Elizabeth was on the run. I don’t plan to complete reading the series. I can go without.Very intriguing
4By Alesha904Great story can’t wait for the next bookI loved reading this book
4By whoisteddyyThe book is just great. I love it, I hope to read the other parts soon.Elizabeth
3By Leftyj68It was a good read but I am frustrated that it needed the way it did. Ugh!Meh
1By Explorer@63The characters are interesting but poorly developed. Making it even worse was that their story arc doesn’t develop and abruptly ends. This is yet another case of fluffing out a single book into three books. The end result is a poorly written story not worth your time or money.Captivating
4By the_gypsyLoved this have to read the series now.Nothing better to read
4By wbcmrobertsWell not a bad trilogy? If you need something to read this is nice.....Not this time...
3By mamainthesouthDid anyone proof read?! The storyline was ok but it took me a couple of days to get through, I kept putting the book down- getting bored. The typos drove me insane. And the repetitive rambling was annoying.Elizabeth
1By BirdJayneReally wish you’d put “cliffhanger” ...Good plot. Poorly written
1By CoouurrttnneeyymbThis book is different from other romances and I like that. Pretty unique storyline. Unfortunately it’s poorly written. It’s like the author forgot certain things she’s already covered and it’s all HORRIBLY edited- if it was edited at all. The ending is abrupt. Not just a cliffhanger, but like all three books in this series were meant to be one book, but it was decided they would be split into three so the books just randomly end and you’re literally FORCED to purchase the others if you have any interest in the whole story. Horrible idea. I’ve purchased the second and wish I could get my $4 back. It’s written the exact same way.. no editing and the author forgets certain details, and it ends horribly.Elizabeth
2By u2zoo2Good read but ending typical for a TV show season ending eg protagonist is dying. However in this case there is no next episode, no next season.Elizabeth
5By FilipowaGreat story, lots of exciting moments. I did read it in one evening, couldn’ put the book away. MariaLike the rest
3By BriB683While it was a little annoying to read about how Elizabeth missed being rich, it was refreshing to not read another story about a millionaire/billionaire who falls for a woman from humble beginnings, doesn’t care about money, and is different from all of the other horrible gold-digging women of the world. Then, I was disappointed when the same sexist narrative came up, as Phillip thought that all women were after money, and that’s why he stayed alone. I mean, how do women write sexist stuff like this? Phillip hired a whole escort to help me get money from someone else...but he’s not just after money too? I’m tired of the “exceptional woman who’s unlike the rest” trope. It’s sexist, annoying, unoriginal, and very played out.
