Unbelievable, mysterious, and riveting!

The kiss to begin all kisses. I don’t know if I’ll ever have enough of these two. This story, despite being shorter, has such heart and depth. Profoundly loyal hero, a strong heroine and a love that can truly triumph. Loved it

This is the first book by this author I actually feel the need to write a review on. I’ve read the Merciless series, It’s Our Secret, and possessive. This is by far the best by her. I really hope the author ends up wanting to turn this into a series or writes another book to it. It just feels like there should be more.

A Kiss to Tell is an amazing book. I enjoyed reading it so much that I can't wait to read it again. Willow Winters did a fabulous job on this book.She is one of my most favorite authors ever. I can't wait for her next book.

Love Sebastian and Chloe’s story. Sebastian and Chloe meet when they were kids and that’s when their connection happen. Sebastian will do anything to protect Chloe, even staying away from her. But when murders happen Chloe needs Sebastian more then ever. I love Sebastian and Chloe together and love seeing Carters earlier life. Another great read that will have you hooked from the moment you start reading.

The one that everyone feared and didn't dare to mess with. However when it came to Chloe Sebastian was someone else. He always knew that Chloe was meant for him, down to the very first time they met. Growing up he was fascinated by Chloe, keeping her at arms length but close enough to help if she needed him. Lurking in the shadows he watched and kept danger far away from her. Although he knew he was bad news and would only bring danger into her life, when Chloe started to lose her mind, her self worth, he couldn't stay away anymore. Sebastian finally made Chloe his own. The attraction between Chloe and Sebastian was undeniable. It was clear from the start that they were both meant for each other. Both placed on the earth to save the other. I loved how Sebastian's compassion and warmth came through when he was Chloe, how protective of her he was and went to any debts to keep her safe. Also how protective Sebastian was of Carter and the guilt he felt when he couldn't save him from his fate. A Kiss to Tell was a perfect introduction to how Carter from Merciless became who he is, and how a person's future changes with the circumstances in life. I loved this story, well done W. Winters.

This was another great book by Willow Winters. It's a love story about two people being too scared to admit their feelings for one another after years of loving each from afar. For me, since I've read the series in the order the books were released, the very last page packs a punch to the whole story. It ties it all together. I highly recommend buying it!! There is mystery, suspense, and a love story. Who doesn't love all that in a book?

Heartbreakingly Beautiful. Those are the two words that came to mind when I finished this book. Both main characters, Sebastian and Chloe, were heartbreakingly beautiful with a story to match. Plus we got a look at early Carter, & my heart broke for him too & the man he becomes. I felt so much for all of these characters, their backgrounds & their story. I read this in one sitting; I did not want to put it down, because I wanted to know what was going to happen next. That is how good this book is & how much I loved it.

Chloe is haunted by a childhood secret. Now people are dying and she is freaking out! She has no one, no family, no friends. Sebastian has been on his own for a long time. He has loved Chloe since high school. He could never drag her into his world. He also has his friend, Carter, who he tries to watch out for too. Can Sebastian save them all? This book is a quick read. I liked it but don't read it thinking you will get a lot more insight into Carter (Merciless, Heartless). It kind of seems unfinished, not a cliff hanger, just unfinished which could lead to a reappearance in upcoming books.

Willow just continues to perfect her craft! A Kiss to Tell is full of emotion. The angst, ugh, it was my favorite! I love a book that can make me feel and this story will make you feel everything! The characters were expertly written and the storyline grabbed your attention and never let go. I found myself walking around the house doing chores while still reading. I didn't want to put it down! I highly recommend this story.
