Description
In 1805 three little girls decided to create a “boys club” because boys have more fun. Their childhood was filled with sword fighting, horse racing, and archery. Now in 1815 they are all grown up and expected to join Society. Who will marry such independent and deadly misses?
An independent bluestocking sneaks into a library to read rare Greek texts and ends up with a husband instead.
Jacqueline “Jack” Walters loves archery and Greek military history. In her third season she has failed to inspire so much as one marriage proposal and is planning to settle into the quiet life of a spinster.
Gideon Wolfe, Earl of Harrington, has been avoiding marriage but a case of mistaken identity in the library has left him saddled with an argumentative and unwilling fiancee.

Trials of Artimetis
3By romancereader77Ok romance. I wasn’t that in love with the main characters. They fought through the whole book which I found tiresome. It had a small amount of humor. It was a short story that kept me somewhat entertained for a few hours.Delightful
5By Sergeant SchultzSteamy, fun, historical romp. Very good writing and I can’t wait to read the rest of the series.Love a strong woman heroine
5By Casey57*Unbelievable story, couldn’t put this book down . Can’t wait to read the next book. Character personalities were amazing and made me laugh.Trials of Artemis
5By winegal4someGreat story, strong heroine. Type set size was very small, even after enlargement which made reading this very difficult. Based on small sized print, I wouldn’t purchase any other of the series.Gave it a 1
1By uren11The writing is too small to read and unless you have great vision or a magnifying glass you would no t be able to read it. I opened the first chapter and could not read even the first sentence so I just simply stopped reading itTrials of Artemis
4By adorableredVery strong heroine in this story. Her forced (by protocol) marriage had a bad beginning, but true love won in the end. I recommend this book.Refreshing and sweet
5By Brjekeb TV kaiserMost novels in this genre hardly go in to depth regarding the male protagonist. This is the exception of course. It was a joy to see these characters overcome their own shortcomings and self consciousness. I was smiling the whole time I was reading this, and never once could I predict what was going to happen! I fully recommend reading this and I will be purchasing this in paper for my library.Absolutely love Lord Lucifer and Jack!
