I loved Stassi on VPR (before everything unfolded as we know) so I was eager to read this book. I feel like she dumbed her words way too much to try and sound funny and quirky and it just made the book hard to get through at times. I enjoyed the stories from her past but that’s about it.

I don’t leave reviews or read a lot of books, I decided to go with this because I watch Vander pump rules and A fan of Stassi. It was a New York Times bestseller and I see why she is brilliant clever really funny I did feel empowered after reading his book just a lot more positive. The book was great I enjoyed it a lot. And to the negative reviews that some people are leaving without purchasing the book without reading the book just to bring down her Ratings, shame on you for judging a person put their mistakes I guess you never made a mistake look in the mirror and see if you are worthy to judge someone especially someone who you don’t know you watch on TV you don’t know anything about her never met her but yet you feel you should have a voice and platform. Ah no thanks!

Why would you want to support a racist? There are funnier books to read. Buy one of them instead. Don’t waste your money on a racist.

I can’t stop reading this book and might I add I’ve never been into reading. I can relate so much!! I’m actually gifting it to my daughter also!

I read this book within 5 hours. It relates so much to today in how we think/act. Stassi is just vocal about it! I love it I can’t wait for another!!

In 2 years Stassi Shroader will be bankrupt and working as a waitress again. 😂 Narcissistic personality disorder and bullying shouldn’t be a selling point.

I was so excited to read this! I even bought it for myself and for two of my friends as presents. I was disappointed by the writing. Some of the stories were interesting, but I found the book to be very repetitive! Why do we need a summary of EVERY chapter?!

This is the best book for finding yourself, embracing the quirks and weirdness, and truly owning it like a boss! Don’t ever make excuses for who you are! Embrace your basicness!

loved the book already read the hard copy... just had to purchase the audio book to hear her tell it. absolutely loved it, met her on her book tour & all. definitely next level basic

I like what I see from Stassi, but this book confused me. Was it an auto biography? Was it a book providing young girls advice?.. The book ultimately didn’t really say much of anything except for a bunch of abbreviated words and brief explanations. I found the advice part generic and the personal info shallow. Expected more from her as a writer I guess..

This book is really meant for a 13 year old. I was so excited to read this book, but it is so shallow.

A great read!!!!

Read it in less than a day, which is a nice feeling. Stassi is my favorite character on Vanderpump and I love her podcast, so I’d recommend this book to those who feel similarly or for people who are struggling with confidence/appreciating themselves. However, I wish there were a lot more personal stories and more detail to the life stories that were given. The style of the book is more blog-like, little stories and lots of tips. It is great for those who want tips, but I could’ve kept reading so much more about her life in further detail, so I wish there was more of that and less tips.

Stassi is a the girl we all wish we had the balls to be!! Stood her ground a few years back and even tho she came back to VPR and had to eat a little crow, she did it in such a brutally honest and transparent way!!! I wish I could speak the truth with no reservations like her!! Great first book Stassi! You’ll succeed in anything you do darlin! Keep being you and marry that sweet Beau!!
