5By joaniekwPolly Morgan thought she had the perfect life with a successful career, successful husband, right social circle and then it all fell apart. She had not moved forward three years after the divorce and, after reluctantly accepting an invitation to a wedding in South Carolina, decided to go early to think about her life and her future. The wedding was in Indigo Bay where she spent so many happy summers as a child with the Wylder family and the grooms sons and nephew, Nick, her first kiss. Nick’s Uncle Roy is getting married. Just before he left the ranch where he had been working for Uncle Roy, for a short vacation before the wedding, Roy let him go. He arrived at Indigo Bay and ran into Polly as they checked into the hotel, where they connected after so many years. When Uncle Roy’s wedding coordinator quit just a week before the destination wedding. Roy asked Nick to help. Nick and Polly decide they will plan the wedding. The week was fraught with reliving all of their times as kids and exploring renewed feelings for each other - all with fears, apprehensions and protecting their hearts. It was sooooo hard to put this book down. I read it every chance I had, even at red lights when I was in the car. Loved Polly and Nick as they worked through their past hurts and memories, both afraid of sharing their feelings. The book is well written, with great characters you will fall in love with. Looking forward to reading the next in the series.Great book

5By Nettie1114The Sweet Troublemaker is an heartfelt romantic second chance love story. Polly and Nick were both their first love as teenagers and they meet again for Nick’s Uncle Roy wedding. There is great chemistry between Polly and Nick but they have both have personal problems in their life that they are working on. Polly is divorced and Nick has to think about what iHeart wants to do in his life. It is easy to relate to the Polly and Nick and even easier to root for their love story. This is a wonderful emotional fun story that I could not put down reading and I highly recommend reading this book. I received this book as an arc for an honest review of it.Sweet Troublemaker

5By Misspiggy812Polly is reluctantly off for an adventure. She hasn’t been back to Indigo Bay since she was a teenager. After a terrible divorce, she’s ready to move on. Nick works on his uncle’s ranch but is heading to the beach for a family wedding. Uncle Roy has had enough of Nick’s pranks, it’s time for him to move along and find something to settle him. They have to team up to put Uncle Roy’s wedding together after the wedding coordinator bails. Can they pull it off without succumbing to their attraction? I received this book as an ARC reader for my unbiased review.Sweet Troublemaker
5By GrimnirAlways reliable for romance featuring vivid characters in compelling situations, with in-depth exploration of their shifting, often conflicting feelings, Jean Oram’s well-written, impeccably paced novel about a woman beginning anew after a gut-wrenching divorce delights. She isn’t even sure who she is any longer but when she bumps into a cowboy she dated during a golden summer, she begins to realize some things never change. They’re forced together into planning a wedding for a man they both honor, and, while things don’t go smoothly, they end up in a space that will gratify readers with realistic emotions. While I haven’t read many romances, this one captivated me and pulled me along irresistibly. Strongly recommended as a human, readable novel about genuine people that happens to be romance.Sweet Troublemaker
2By EwaBBI loved this book by one of my favorite romance authors. It follows Polly’s story, a character from The Summer Sisters series. I’m glad she gets a second chance at love, despite of some mistakes in her life. This book will bring you joy as a stand-alone but I enjoyed all of Jean Oram’s books so much that I strongly recommend reading all of her series. They are connected by some characters and I liked the updates on their lives.Sweet Troublemaker
5By mrw6441I loved this book and Jean Oram is one of my favorite go-to authors. They make you laugh out loud or cry. They can be a little silly in how one or more of her characters to certain circumstances but that is what makes you laugh. Thanks, Nancy Jones
