A Material World, Flourishing in Ambiguity

According to the evolutionary model, the rich species diversity characteristic of life today accumulated through gradual morphological and behavioral changes that were naturally selected for. However, through the course of this writing, the reader will discover that the fundamental characteristics of life defy such a supposed humble origin. Split into two sections, this writing details two primary issues that challenge this evolutionary model: 1| The inexplicable origin of life, complex, else it would be functionless 2| The ineffective mutation: a destructive force opposite what evolution requires Although the evidence proves conclusive, the holistic aim of this writing is not to declare the inadequacies of evolutionary theory, rather to explain how the evolutionary theory proponent can hold to his or her grossly unsatisfactory explanation for the origin of life’s complexity despite all that is found contrary. Ultimately, the ‘material world’ of evolutionary theory only remains rational when defined ambiguously and pursued uncritically. In the goal of being scientific, how is one to correctly determine the origin of life and its diversity?
