Description

The “media” used to mean television, radio, newspapers, and magazines; but today it largely involves social media, which has swallowed up all of these other forms and is now controlled by a small group of Silicon Valley titans who decide what billions of people are able to see and hear online.

The convergence of old technology and new has centralized unimaginable power into the hands of a few gigantic corporations that now dictate how we communicate with each other and perceive the outside world.

Media analyst Mark Dice details how the rise of social media that tipped the balance of power regarding the production and distribution of information has also resulted in a massive backslash from those conspiring to regain the influence they once held.

Now conservatives are experiencing widespread censorship as the tech giants scramble to put the genie back in the bottle.

The liberal media has launched an information war against President Trump and his supporters, and are using their monopolies to manipulate public opinion in order to further their aims of a socialist revolution.

Wow, just WOW! As a person who as always prided myself on staying close to center and not going left or right, I have to say this book was eye opening. I used to be more left than right, but the media’s constant demonizing of our President over the past three year’s has raised my suspicions of something more sinister going on in the background. While some of this material is heavily slanted to the right, what I can discern in the middle is very scary to say the least!

While I find the writing to be a little rough in some areas (incorrect grammar, missing word or two, convoluted sentence or paragraph structure), the ideas in this book are presented very well. This book has been VERY well researched, and it communicates its important themes in a conversational and engaging manner.

So far I am only in the first chapter, and it is hard to put down. Mark Dice lays out a great case and makes many points I’d not considered concerning the threat of multimedia censorship. It has become an integral part of our lives and is a clear violation of the God given right to free speech for all mankind.

It shows the truth behind the far left and the way they all work together to silence out people who disagree with them.

I am only one chapter in and can totally agree!! An eye opener for me and our political system and overall country is getting worse with all the made up gender crap and over kill inclusiveness. I am so over this witch hunt and drama! I never considered myself on the right side of the line. But today’s events and other issues going on, are making me believe we’re going down the rabbit hole that we are never getting out of. I do believe Trump was the lesser of two evils. But I didn’t really have an issue with Obama either. But so far I am pulling for trump because, he is putting the US first. End of rant.

The chapter on the future of fake news is reason enough to read this book.
