Loved reading the enthralling and engaging fifth book in the Lies series. Langston and Liesel along with their friends Enzo, Kai, Siren, Zeke, and Beckett struggle, fight, make sacrifices no one should have to make, and try to get the children back. Read the highly recommended, wonderfully written and riveting storyline from the first page until the last page, and leaving the reader full of anticipation for the next book in the series.

Tsk, tsk, tsk…. when will they ever learn? Smart people should know to not mess with a mother when her child is in danger… Especially, when that mother knows how to hit hard and fight back, even when she's down… Especially when that mother knows more than one way to fight… Especially when that mother has a ‘family’ that doesn’t know the words ‘defeat’ or ‘give up’. Tsk, tsk, tsk …. some people never learn, or maybe I should say they just don’t have the brain capacity to be taught. Greed is the father of stupidity and ‘thinking’ people know just how to use it against the enemy. Tsk, tsk, tsk …. I pity the people who try to one up Liesel. She is powerful. And did did I forget to mention she has VERY loyal and powerful friends? Those ‘friends’ are her family, thick as thieves, even if the bloodline is different. Tsk, tsk, tsk …. poor, poor souls. They simply don’t stand much of a chance. Oh yeah, we have more lies, more deception, more danger, more twists and turns. There is betrayal, there are surprises, and as the title states there are Dangerous Lies …. But never forget, it’s always darkest before the dawn. Hmmmm, is that a glimmer of light I’m seeing? Langston and Liesel's story continues and so do the lies. Will they actually ever be able to share their truths without hurting anyone. I am loving their journey and praying for the lies and secrets to end and have them be able to find safety and happiness. Will the dangerous games end and they can live their lives with their families and find true love is all they need.
