I mean it had to do with one girl and a relationship so I didn’t completely relate but that’s the authors story not mine so for it being poems I can’t relate to it was ok I just wish it had more about how ptsd feels or something I don’t know and wish it was longer I guess but for free I can’t complain much

I never understood poetry as much but with this book I grasp a little what the author was saying. I am a mental health advocate & I look forward to reading the rest of these series. I want to get a better understanding of poetry.

I started looking for something to distract my mind from the massive confusing heartbreak I’m currently going through. I giggled as I was reading because all of her words were different versions of how I’ve been feeling. Thank for you for writing something I could enjoy and relate to during this hard time, it actually made me feel better

currently going through a lot with recovery from surgery and having to parch through my childhood c-ptsd and most recently medical issues as well as reliving med trauma so needless to say i have a lot of extra time to think, but creativity wise i’ve been hitting a wall of not knowing how/what i want to write about/talk about bc let’s face it ex english lit marjor in college i barely read anymore burnout has been having me in a chokehold + covid + anxiety over art/writing so thank you so much for this! i didn’t know i needed this; thank you for your words. 💖

It was pretty good but it could be better. I wouldn’t say it was great.

The name of the book trivializes those with PTSD it’s a serious mental disability caused by serious trauma.
  • Whoa! Deep…

This read took me through a roller coaster of memories that I had to deal with personally. My spouse suffers through PTSD after fighting the Ramadi war…difficult to understand modern dating in this society we live in now. Thankyou for this.
