3By Kimbo1216I enjoyed the premiss and overall story. But the writing was often a bit cliche and distracting. It also felt more English than Scottish in many ways—like how they talked about the nobles or receiving someone in the drawing room. Idk. The clans also seemed really close together which I found odd. They traveled between their lands like it was a 10 minute drive. Overall development was weak—both character and story. But the overall story was good. I recommend it for an escape.
