Description
When Clara Delany walks into the Aces High Motorcycle Club's hangout, she's hit rock bottom. She's hiding her car from the repo man, she has less than two dollars in her bank account and the only employment she can get is delivering messages for a criminal.
All because of a man. Therefore, she's sworn off them.
And then she meets West "Buck" Hardy, president of the Aces High MC.
Buck also meets her, and the minute he does, he makes it clear (to everyone but Clara) that they're starting something. Since Clara doesn't get that message, she decides to leave Buck and sort out her life in order to come back to him clean.
She's not gone but hours before life hits Clara with another blow. Which means Buck and his boys have to ride in and save the day. After that, Buck makes no bones about where they stand.
But does he?
Welcome to the first novel in the Wild West MC series which will tell the stories of the brothers of the Aces High MC, the Resurrection MC and the Chaos MC…and the women who love them.

5By Ms.somebody12345Just another great story with beautiful scenery and interesting characters! My very favorite author who nailed again.Similar to motorcycle man, but give it a chance
5By C.R.HopeGood read. I read the reviews and almost didn’t buy this one. I LOVED the chaos series, starting with Motorcycle Man. And I didn’t like the thought of a replica, as so many reviewers said. Glad I didn’t listen and gave this a chance! Yea, there are definitely some similarities- the family unit of dad (biker), estranged and deranged ex-wife making his teenage daughter and son’s lives uncomfortable. Drama with the daughter not liking biker’s new love interest. Even the names were similar Tatiana vs. Tabitha. The protagonist even has a tattoo of an animal his ex-wife likened him to… There is drama with the female protagonist’s best friend Tia (instead of MM’s Lainey. That’s all in the first half of the book. KA still has phenomenal character development! She can still throw some massive curve balls that have me unexpectedly tearing up. Well worth the read. What really sealed the deal for me, was how KA wrote the final chapter and set the scene for multiple more books. I will absolutely be purchasing the next one in this series. Can’t wait to see what happens with Gash, Minnie, Nails, the crazy Bosnian, Pinky, Cruise, and Ink.Sigh...
2By dawnyautumnI really really wanted to like this book, however, after reading motorcycle man a million times because Tack is my favorite, the similarities make it hard to really enjoy it. I liked the story and the plot, but it was way too much like Tack and Taras story so it made me like it less. I want to give it five starts because motorcycle man was the bomb and this is like a re write of it, however, I can’t do it because it feels like I’m lying.Good
4By Stanhop3234Love Clara and Buck! There are some very iffy things that happen in this book but they all do work themselves out in the end. What I take out most from this book is never assume and never take advice you are not comfortable with. I really recommend this book. It’s funny, sexy and god have some tissues available!just a common romance book
3By lovetoreadtooIf you are new to Kristen Ashley read the Burg series or the Rock Chicks or Choas MC series - loved them - full of interesting/different secondary characters and the danger is real - lots of redemption plots. This one not so much. Not bad just not great. I’m sorry it wasn’t more like Motorcycle Man.Sorry KA
1By QlaHated giving it this rating but it’s way too much like motorcycle man.Oh yeah
5By Cautious in any reviewsThis is a KA classic story. Great chemistry between main characters, interesting side characters and a story line that leads you down the road, demanding you finish it to the HEA ASAP. Certainly the fans of the Chaos series will see some similar parallels here, but it is a nostalgic tug and not a repeated story line. KA writes the character Clara with depth, including a painful history and her own flaws which draws the reader to root for her as she navigates her challenges. A fun read that is the usual error free well edited book. Purchase, read and enjoy.Long and just really good.
5By loolFoxSo good!Could be better
3By liluszIt’s a great book and Kristen always delivers but this felt so similar to Tack’s book. I hope the series isn’t just the Chaos MC series with a different club.
