Think you know the person you married? Think again…
Things have been wrong with Mr and Mrs Wright for a long time. When Adam and Amelia win a weekend away to Scotland, it might be just what their marriage needs. Self-confessed workaholic and screenwriter Adam Wright has lived with face blindness his whole life. He can’t recognize friends or family, or even his own wife.
Every anniversary the couple exchange traditional gifts--paper, cotton, pottery, tin--and each year Adam’s wife writes him a letter that she never lets him read. Until now. They both know this weekend will make or break their marriage, but they didn’t randomly win this trip. One of them is lying, and someone doesn’t want them to live happily ever after.
Ten years of marriage. Ten years of secrets. And an anniversary they will never forget.
Rock Paper Scissors is the latest exciting domestic thriller from the queen of the killer twist, New York Times bestselling author Alice Feeney.

Twists you don’t see coming
4By MaygraceSlow burn but the ending was insane! The twist was 🤯. So many twists it literally blew my mind. Makes me wanna reread!Slow start, great ending!
3By lovergirl xoxThis book was so slow in the beginning and middle, it took me forever to get through. So much detail and none of it made sense until the last few chapters.Surprises
5By JeanneInDallasThe chapel house was a great backdrop for this twisty tale.Woah!
4By Nickname: All is takenI didn’t anticipated the twist at all. It was such a page turner.Too hype
1By kloudz101Too hype up so boringFast paced with a fantastic plot
5By Dollybolly1Never a dull moment. Great book!3.5 out 5
3By Opportunity of a LifetimeI enjoyed the fact the writer was able to set the scene. After having finished the book, I actually had a vivid nightmare because of how much my imagination was being worked up during the reading. I was able to figure out a few things here and there. So that is the only reason why I give this book a 3.5 out of 5. Had I not been so observant on those small but important details, I would’ve probably been way more shocked. Sadly I was only shocked once, and it wasn’t even because of the plot twists. While reading this book I had Ludovico Einaudi’s “Seven Days Walking” project playing in the background. It really heightened my experience with “Rock Paper Scissors”. There were some great moments that I have saved quotes of. Like the chess metaphor, or the butterflies and secrets metaphor to name a few. Page 156 made me chuckle.Edge of my seat
5By 736484929Kept my interest the entire time. Lots of twists!Entertaining
5By Aptly SaidThe characters show depth, and it’s a very entertaining journey! I thought it created a very eerie atmosphere- and I have been mulling it over for a long time. I loved it enough to go back and read it again a few months after our initial romp together out on the snowy, rural mountains of Scotland.Loveee
5By A_MV32Literally had my jaw drop a good amount of times! I couldn’t stop reading and i loved reading it from each characters point of view!
