1By XoJaySaldanaaHonestly super disappointed. I was exciting because I thought this was going to be an extensive Dr.Sebi dieting guide but it’s not. It’s literally just like any other blog post you can find on the internet. Sure it give you a list of food to eat and not eat but I could’ve also found that on the web. It also repeats itself multiple times in the book so that was super annoying. Does anyone know where I can get ACTUAL book references from DR.SEBI Himself?! I don’t want to be reading just blog post of people who are just rephrasing his work.No recipes!
