This was one of the better books I’ve read. It also had life lessons in it great read!

Painful! I forced myself to read more than 50% of the book and lost hope that it was going to actually get better! I’ve read several of the author’s books and enjoyed them very much, but this, the last in the series so far, was painful! Literally painful! The “mysterious/thrilling” parts were painfully predictable causing a deep seated annoyance that I just could not get over. I hope this was just a one-off, UGH!😣

Could not put this book down, a real page turner and “who dunnit” mystery thriller. Great character narratives. Complex plot that weaves in and out, but comes together beautifully with Amos Decker’s superpowers. Highly recommend!

A case very puzzling and complex even for Decker. Decker becoming more “feeling” with a changing brain. A new partner; a new boss. And Baldacci weaves a compelling murder mystery to keep you edge of your seat.

From the beginning to the end, a real page turner that kept me guessing how things would turn out.

David Baldacci outdid himself on this one - it’s a must read for sure.

Once again. Superb book with a plot that was extremely well laid out. I hope to see the Memory Man again.

Always like his books. This one just adds to my positive view! Excellent story. A genuine page turner.

I’m really loving Mr Baldacci’s books fixing to start another series finished Memory Man and 620 man.

Best Amos Decker book so far!

Wonderful novel. Great read.

Despite the big guys overwhelming personality author Baldacci shows us another side to him which grounds the character to the lives we try and live. Hoping to read more adventures of Amos, White and perhaps Alex soon. Keep doing the right thing Amos.

Great read. Lots of twists and turns. This one kept me guessing right up until the big reveal. Love this author.

A little long but good ending. I knew it, too. Kinda…

Amos usually surprises me and he did so again in this, the latest book in the series. Amos seems to become more human and he finds a way to adapt to radical change in his life, his career and his partner.

Good read. Two items need corrected. The scene describing Amos Decker on the beach at night seeing jet contrails is not accurate. Contrails cannot be seen at night. Also, the the offer of Alex’s boyfriend to fly by private jet to Saint Barts is not possible. The runway at this airport can only accept aircraft able to perform short take offs and landings. Jet aircraft are not capable of these performance characteristics.

The truth is, when you read his books, you absolutely can expect the unexpected! The twists and turns are really something! Don’t know how he keeps doing it
