Caelan, Clara and her two children, Jacob and Susan, meet at a hunting lodge in the Highlands. He is visiting his mother’s family and she came with her friend Mary, who is related to the same people. The attraction between them is immediate and disconcerting for the two people who have been mired in grief. Jacob and Susan are high spirited and mischievous twins who end up playing a huge part in the matchmaking. This story will have you sighing one minute and shaking your head the next. But by the end, you will have a smile on your face and your heart will be full.
