The best character ever. I love DeMille's work, and I feel smarter, more sarcastic, and more aware of the wingnuts and potential psychopaths around me after every read. This series is my favorite, but the Gold Coast/Gate House and General's Daughter/Up Country stories are also endlessly entertaining. Get through The Lion's Game and The Lion and all their edgy brilliance so you can hurry up and get to The Panther!!

This is one absolutely amazing story. From beginning to end, you can't put it down. The second book I've read by DeMille and, now, definitely not the last!

The Lion's Game as all Demille's book was fabulous and great reading. As always it was intense and fulfilling. My only problem is the books are too long which gives the reader to long of a time to get to the next book. Shorten the stories and I will then give 5 stars. Loyal reader and big fan of John Corey
