    While it contains a lot of information on culture and traditon, the author repeats same things over and over again. I disliked the style and content.
  • Great book, horrible ebook

    First, the recipes and book in general are outstanding. After years of trying to make a good Kung Pao, I can finally go there. Unfortunately this is far and away the worst ebook adaptation ever. Finding a particular recipe is agonizing. They are not listed in the TOC and the index does not work. If you select orange chicken it goes to almond chicken. Don't bother with the ebook but by all means get the real book. I wish I did.

    Grace Young is a treasure. Her wisdom and practical guidance helped a novice like myself transform some simple ingredients into delicious meals. An amazing read even if you don't cook. Hope to see more of her works on iBooks very soon.
