First off, this book was written by an extremely uptight woman with too much anxiety. She will try to convince you that you will experience every issue, condition and/or abnormality that she can create in her overly anxious mind. She even admits that she has an anxiety problem. This book is nothing but negative attitude and absolute horror stories that will leave you worried and terrified of what pregnancy will put you through. An absolute waste of time, energy and money to say the least. Do yourself a favor and DON'T READ IT!!

If you do not have a sense of humor, this is not the book for you. I loved the authors humor & the fact that she says it like it Really is... :) Greattt purchase!!

This might have been a halfway entertaining book had it not been for the negative attitude the author has toward pregnancy. No I don't think morning sickness is my little one's way of saying "up yours" as the author describes it. Yes, being blunt and humorous about the not so fun aspects of pregnancy is appealing but I don't appreciate the language or negative attitude. Tip: Get the sample book first like I did :)

This is awesome! It helps lighten the mood when one (preggo chick) is not feeling well. Helps get by with a few good laughs and chuckles. I recommend this book to anyone with a GREAT sense of humor..... Not recommend for the light hearted ones. As a first time preggers I absolutely LOVE this book.

I bought this book mainly because of the positive reviews, but there is untrue statements, very little to no information or trick, and it's not even fun. Read some pregnancy blogs instead, this book is boring.

Oh my gosh. This book was a joy to read! It's hilarious and so very informative. This is a down to earth tell-it-like-it-is pregnancy book. Definitely an invaluable and entertaining resource for my first pregnancy. Read it, you'll love it.
