By the time you start page three you know this is not a Robert Ludlum book. The book is not on my reccomended list but will work on beach.

This is probably one of the worst novels I have ever read, or, should I say, attempted to read. The various characters in this book are drawn as comic book cliches. The story is incomprehensible. It jumps around so much that I feel as though I'm on drugs because I have to re-read entire sections just to try to make sense of it. Robert Ludlum would roll in his grave if he read this book. His family and the author they selected should be ashamed to foist this kind of garbage on loyal Ludlum readers.

I could not put it down until it was finished. A great job, as usual, holding on to you right until the end. Can't wait for the next one! Jim Welch Johnson City, Tennessee; Pensacola, Florida; Aspen, Colorado

...had to finally put this book down for lack discernable literary style and verisimilitude. I was particularly disappointed in the forced similes and unreasonable metaphors. Years ago I read books by Robert Ludlum written by Robert Ludlum and enjoyed them. Sad to say he isn't writing any longer.
