Maya’s shocked to discover it’s not the heaven she imagined;in fact, a life of adventure begins the moment you die.
Zachariah, her faithful spirit guide, explains the rules of the dead: in order to regain complete awareness and reunite with loved ones all souls must review their previous lives.
Maya plunges warily into her turbulent pasts as a sociopathic High Priest in ancient Egypt; an independent mother protecting a dangerous secret in glorious Sparta; an Irish boy kidnapped and enslaved by Vikings; and a doctor’s wife forced to make an ethical stand in plague-ridden England.
All the while, Maya yearns to be with those she cares about most and worries that she hasn’t learned all of heaven’s most vital lessons. Will she be forced to leave the tranquility of heaven to survive yet another painful and tumultuous
life? Or worse, accept the bitter reality of having to go back alone?

5By Beauti_0810I couldn’t stop reading!!! Hats off to the AuthorMemorable
3By Tropigal9I enjoyed the theme of past lives immensely. Leaves you wanting more. Not the most enthralling book, but not one you’ll forget. Not much to it.
2By RJtucsonI wasn’t drawn by this one. I’m not sure what the point of it was. I didn’t find much character development and like short stories no time for character growth. I guess some like it. Everyone is different.Wonderfully written...intriguing book
5By exealgalREALLY enjoyed reading this book! I love books that weave tidbits of historical facts within...I especially enjoy trying to piece together the characters in the different incarnations. While I don’t believe in reincarnation, it is an interesting & somewhat educational read. Vivid descriptions, too!Fascinating!
5By WesterreadUnlike anything I’ve read! This book provided more than entertainment; it is stories within stories that invite the mind and heart to ask questions and dialogue. This is a book of beauty, purpose and ongoing growth.Wonderful Concept
5By SpazztasticHoboFinally, an ebook that wholly garnered my attention. Love the concept. Well written. So many different views that all lead to the same idea, "sacrifice." I will definitely be considering purchasing the "devotion" and "loss" sequels.infinite Sacrifice Book 1
4By VaBeachGentlemanFun concept of death, review and reincarnation. Reminds me of Edgar Casey, the sleeping prophet's explanation of the soul's journey to God.Solid Read
4By Kenny08viGreat book for the casual reader like myself. Started off as a page turner but slowly started fading in excitement. I still enjoyed every bit of it. Not sure if I'll grab anymore in the seriesMixed review
3By Cap'n RobertThe individual stories are great. The overall premise/climax falls short.Good read!
