Yet, I find Marianne's simple, almost common-sensical advice incredibly powerful and ultimately THE guiding light. Should be a mandatory course in Business School. It helps that the book goes beyond exploring the theory and actually gives the reader the actual know-how, to do list. Perfect and appropriate for even in a newby in all things metaphysical.
