Each chapter will concentrate on a different area of cooking--from the classics to the secret of cooking with Chili and spice, through roasting, baking, and helpful sections on cooking good food for less and cooking for a crowd. Woven into the book will be useful tricks and tips--from ways to save time and money, to cleaning and prepping ingredients, to pan frying like a pro.
Stuffed full of delicious recipes, invaluable tips and lashings of Gordon's trademark cheeky wit, Gordon Ramsay's Home Cooking is the ultimate cooking lesson from the ultimate chef.

5By GNKAlphaI’ve made a couple recipes out of this book. They have both been fantastic. Simple meals that just taste great without over complicating anything. Thank you for making weeknight dinners special again.I want my money back.
1By Hunny.LoveBought it on Sep 2018, currently Feb 2019 and still can’t seem to open so I can read it. I want my money back.Do not buy the ibooks version
1By itmfiddlerIt’s like the pages of the original printed book were scanned in .The font is tiny and blurry and there is no way to make it larger. The recipes and wisdom might be great, but since you can’t read it, don’t waste your money. It is ridiculous that they charged $13 for a piece of garbage like this. I don’t know if the kindle or other versions are better, but I can’t believe people have given this ebook anything more than 1 star.Excellent cookbooks and tv series
5By IceybluesapphireGordon Ramsay’s Ultimate Home Cooking and Ultimate Cookery Course are wonderful cookbooks. For those who have only been exposed to Gordon Ramsay from Hell’s Kitchen or Master Chef, he’s totally different when he is just cooking at home, either by himself or with his family. Itunes, I am asking the you make available the 2 tv series that accompany the cookbooks. It shows another side of Chef Ramsay. From Beginner to advance
5By Davin costa cafeI've using it for one year and it is greatAmerican version is terrible
2By orangejuliuscaesarsaladThe US version of this cookbooks uses terrible ways to measure ingredients (especially when baking) that are by volume instead of by weight. At first I thought I was doing something wrong when multiple recipes turned out failures. But then I compared the UK version and US version and the very precise metric measurements of the ingredients have all been sloppily “ball-parked” into American measurements which result in many recipes not working out. A couple examples: 1) When the UK version asks for "175g of strong flour”, the US version asks for “1 1/2 cups bread flour”, which ends up being a lot more flour than the original recipe called for and messing up the dough. 2) The UK version asks for 2 Tbsp sugar for 225g of strawberries, whereas the US version asks for same amount of sugar to 1.5 cups strawberries. Volume for strawberries is not very precise!!Turns you into a decent shef
