Nice, easy and fast read. Thank you to all the volunteers who answered the call for help on 9/11 and the days, weeks and months that followed.

Few of us think about the people behind "The Scenes" that make it possible for those on the frontline to carry on. The cup of coffee, hot meal and a warm smile are truly a blessing. Thank you for your hard work and dedication and for giving us a glimpse of this tragedy from a different perspective. A touching story.
