Even though at 1st he was overwhelmed believing the book was long, he enjoyed it because he could relate to it.This book was great

I get really mad and I just breathe it out with a lot of steam and it makes me feel better. I tried it yesterday in school and it worked really good. My teacher said good job with your breathing, and when I was sad, she said it again it was really nice. That book told me a lot about my feelings I would give this book 5 stars thank you for reading.Helps kids and parents!
