It's about how to rewire the anxious connections in your brain, and switch your mental programming and beliefs. It's about understanding that our brains are made for 10,000 BC, and that you can afford to let your guard down.
It's about trusting that things will be okay.
How to control your self-talk and transform your internal worldview.

5By Opportunity of a LifetimeThis book was informative and helpful at the same time. You’re given some valuable advice followed by great examples. It’ll definitely be a book that I’ll be reading again, because a lot of the insight provided I know will create a better understanding on how my mind operates. Not only does it help you learn about yourself but it also gives you guides on how to put on the shoes of another person in order to gain clarity. Definitely have been implementing what I’ve read and learned and so far it has helped me along the way. 10 out of 10. -Gilbert’s SoulJust ok
