I’ve read both of these books, and I can’t decide which one is creepier! I CAN tell you that I recommend both of these spooky stories if you’re looking for a truly scary Halloween story! R.L. Stine proves once again that he’s a master when it comes to scaring kids out of their wits with stories that can, at the same time, be really, REALLY fun to read. In fact, he can scare you half to death no matter how old you are! Take it from me! I am an adult who still loves being spooked by Stine’s nightmares, even after reading them for decades! To any other adults who love being terrified by him, here’s a suggestion. Try reading his books for adults. They’re called Superstitious, The Sitter, Eye Candy, and Red Rain. I’ve only read Superstitious so far, but it’s as scary as anything by Stephen King! I should know; I have also read lots of King’s books! Enjoy!
