The recipes are all wrong, esp. the portions. It feels like the author never made the meals he recommends that be made. For example look at walnut tacos, he recommends to take 2 cups of walnuts and 2 heads of romaine and blend it, no human being can eat that much walnuts in one sitting! Then he admits that there is no way to get a it b12 and D from a vegan diet, so he recommends to take supplements. Why would I do that, supplements are known for not being absorbed by the body as well as actual food from which can it is taken. I must get those vitamins from the actual source. What kind of recommendations is that?! Overall very disappointing, not healthy, experience at all.

This book is an easy read. I read it in a day, and it truly inspired me to return to my plant-based lifestyle. After abandoning the lifestyle due to a promotion at work followed by a month long vacation, this book has reminded me of the awesome health benefits I enjoyed while being predominantly vegan for two years. This book gave me an action plan to transition back into the lifestyle, which I've had a hard time getting back into. I have even been able to convince my husband to give the challenge a try. Looking forward to the results!!!
