Description
New York Times Bestselling series
This is not your cookie-cutter childhood best friend love story.
We were best friends since as early as I could remember. We grew up together. We were next door neighbors. We shared each other's deepest secrets. When I was thirteen, we made a pact: if we were still single by the time we were 30, we'd marry each other.
Today was my thirtieth birthday. I was single. I knew he was single too.
But we were no longer best friends, and a part of me knew that he hated me.
This is book one of a three book series. Books two and three will be full-length novels.
Book Two: Promise to Keep
Book Three: Promise of Forever
New Adult Contemporary Romance **Mature Content** Recommended for 17+ due to mature language and adult situations.

Love it!
5By Cupcakes N SprinklesI loved this book and the rest of the series. I could not put the book down. I bought the whole series so I could find out what happened in the end.WEIRD
2By caitlynlauverIt was so normal to the last few pages. Then it became unrealistic and really really weird.Awful
1By nreadsWorst book I think I have ever read.A deep and dark read...
3By geekswife08The first time I saw read this book, I downloaded the rest of the series right away to find out what happens. This first one is a short story that tells what came between these two best friends in college. You’ll need books 2 and 3 to get the whole story and see it’s resolution. And what happens is wild, in a very dark way. Reading this again, I definitely fell in love with these two and their friendship... and I understood the choices she made... but although their story is ultimately one of triumph, I felt punched in the gut. It is a good read, if you’re okay with doing a series, but on second read I felt like it focused more on the cliff hangers and plot twists than it did on the healing. No

2By Line Dancer Florida 54I was very disappointed the the story is continued in 2 more books. I would not have read book 1 if I had known that. Can I get my 2 hours back please?
1By Shells112233I've read thousands of books and this is the first time I've been compelled to post a review. This whole story made me angry. I should have put it down after the boyfriend and best friend, then again after the pick up in the bar. Instead I kept reading only to find the worst ending ever. Do not read this awful book. End of story.LOVE THIS SERIES
3By Shante FeniqueI really like this series. twists, turns and crazy all around! I was sooooo ready for this marriage to finally happen. The could have just included this in the next book. or split this in the 2nd and 4th book making this a trilogy. READY FOR THE NEXT BOOK! :-)Really!!! I saw that coming from a mile away!!
1By Anayah.KennedyUgh!!! That's all I can say... Very predictable!!!!Do not buy.
1By KatiiiMcCabeeeIdk who is writing these other reviews or WHY this book is number one but do not buy. I've never felt this way about a romance novel in ITunes top 10, but holy cow what a waste of money. Horribly edited. Horrible writing. The author wastes pages upon pages of back story that DOES. NOT. MATTER. And for those that said this book is hot & so romantic? Where?! There is about .2 seconds of romance and their love is basically built on a misunderstanding that they just kind of talk about and don't really solve. I bought the second one after reading the first copy for free because I figured "It's the free version! The reviews are good! It has to get better if I'm paying 3.99!!!" And now I really don't understand who would buy the third but apparently people are. If you're debating on this book- don't do it. 👿 #WishICouldGetARefund
