Beautiful Burn: A Novel

I love this series each book an be read by themselves but for the full effect start with the first book... Each book follows one couple but the series gives you the full dynamics of the family you’ll truly fall in love with!

Jamie McGuire does magic with books. I have read the whole Maddox's series and the final one, Beautiful burn, has been the best of the best. If your reading this Jamie McGuire, just know, I don't think any book could turn out this great and wonderful👍🏽.

This book was my favorite of all the Maddox Series! It was the perfect way to wrap them all up. The story is from the point of view of Ellison Edison. A super spoiled entitled brat, that annoyed me. But she changed... And I by the end of the book I was rooting for her and so emotional on what an amazing guy Tyler was. He has all the qualities you would expect in a Maddox and more.

Tyler Maddox is officially my favorite Maddox, Jamie saved the best for last!!! I had a love/hate relationship with Ellison if I'd been Tyler I would have walked a few times - but "When a Maddox Boy falls in love, He falls forever!!" In the end I was cheering for Ellison!!! Beautiful Burn was fantastic!!! Fresh out of college, Ellison Edson has fallen through the cracks of rock bottom. While staying in her family’s vacation home in Colorado, her behavior has finally gained the attention of her parents—but not in the way she hoped. Cut off from the millions she’s always taken for granted, and left alone to fend for herself, Ellie spirals further out of control, making a mistake she can’t take back. Like his twin brother Taylor, Tyler Maddox is a member of the Alpine Hotshots, fighting wildland fires on the frontline. As arrogant as he is charming, Tyler’s nomadic lifestyle makes it easy to contain his relationships to one night. When he meets Ellie at a local party during off-season, her extreme personality and dismissive attitude fascinates him at first, but as his feelings deepen, Tyler realizes that the crippling inner demons of the woman he loves might be the strongest enemy any Maddox has ever faced.

I fell in love with Ellie right from the start. By far the best one out of all the Maddox Series. Besides Abby and Travis hands down my next favorite pair would be Ellie and Tyler. I love how they both evolved individually and as a couple. It's so heartbreaking to see Ellie go down a dangerous path, but she had someone love and support her through darkness. Tyler was there every minute and of every screw up there was. They both aren't perfect and that's what makes it perfect. Ellie was the fire and if it meant Tyler would get burned, well that a risk he was willing to take and wouldn't regret.

That this story was fantastic. Jamie has a way with words and putting stories together. Tyler's story was written well and his character was well developed even from previous stories. I loved this book. I hope that in the future there will be more.

What a great way to end a beautiful series. Love knowing all my Maddox brothers are taken care of!

5 stars all the way!! I cried and laughed out loud. I fell in love with another Maddox brother is what happened. This book made me want to read all the others again! Love the sex scenes, love science, fight scenes and all the rachidness this book possesses. Perfect title, as his profession and their journey. A definite must read twice because you'll love it that much!!

I just finished reading beautiful burn. As you promised,we all fell in love with Tyler.the beautiful series and the Maddox brothers series are by far my favorite by far. I love the way they just inter twine with one another and always leave you wanting more. I do hope there will be more about all the Maddox brothers.i would hate to think we have come this far with them and then nothing else. You have made us feel that these characters could be old friends. Thanks for your time and devotion to details. Can't wait for the next book ( fingers crossed ) about our favorite guys.
