This book is probably an expression of my love for pasta and also making lower calorie versions out of it. It started by me just trying to share a lot of recipes over on my website and I slowly started to realize that a lot of those recipes included pasta. So then the idea came up that I would make a whole recipe book devoted to lower-calorie pasta recipes, and here we are.
