This United States Army manual, Training Circular TC 3-90.10 Brigade Combat Team Cover, Concealment, and Camouflage June 2026, is the primary reference and instruction source providing techniques for all brigade combat team (BCT) Soldiers and leaders when utilizing cover, concealment, and camouflage (C3) during multidomain operations. The safety notes and considerations presented in this publication provide only minimally acceptable standards. The principal audience for TC 3-90.10 includes BCT Soldiers, commanders, leaders, and their staffs conducting multidomain operations in a contested operational environment. Trainers and educators throughout the Army will also use this publication. Military operations are inherently dangerous. Survivability operations are only one facet and should be concurrent and continuous throughout a larger operation. The effective use of C3 is a crucial method for mitigating risk; however, commanders and their staff must analyze the enemy threat, plan, prepare, and execute operations accordingly to defeat an adversary and survive.
