This is a story, my story. This is my struggle with depression. One of the things that make depression hard for us is the lack of understanding people have of it. They simply have no idea what it is like. So I decided to do something about it and change that. In this book you will see 31 days of my life, and you will see the symptoms of depression have an impact on my everyday life and how they change me, like they change everyone else. You will get to see first hand how life becomes difficult and how a person can wake up tired after sleeping for hours on end. You will see what it really is like, and, hopefully you will get a better understanding of depression.
