Reviews
Practical
4By Darakhshan17This book has a lot of practical advise for the chronic procrastinator and the one who is struggling with overwhelm. In this age of distraction and extreme busy schedules, I believe that covers a large chunk of people who are out there juggling their work with studies, work with a side hustle, a family and multiple businesses etc. Add social media and doomscrolling on top of that and a perfect storm is created. What I liked: I liked that the book has a lot of practical advise that you can apply right now and improve your relationship with yourself and work. What could be better: The editing is terrible at this point. Someone needs to proofread this book and correct the many spelling and grammatical errors.Nice!

5By sirchrisnationAmazing book, I so much understand my default now with this book.Basic
2By MnM062483It was really interesting at first but I feel like this author is one sided perspective and that is himself. For instance - early bird or night owl- he used himself as an example and did not touch on the other. It’s basic - it’s not anything we don’t read everywhere else. I lost interest yet I kept trying- I can skim this fast read and still be bored with it.Very Detailed Oriented Manual of how to assess and address procrastinations
5By Dessi8907As a professional procrastinator myself, the tips provided can seemingly be implemented the day you start reading this book. This is most certainly a read that you keep in your collection for quick reference at all times. Wonderfully laid out and timeless in effectiveness.5 stars
5By readingwithjbGreat Read!Good Methodology
5By homeberriGood break down of the counter-intuitive processes that hold us back in achieving our goals, while not ignoring the deeper truth of looking inward to ultimately apply these skills. Seems as though the author truly wanted to contribute something of value in helping people achieve their goals with an executable game plan. Overall very well written with minor errors such as ‘than’ instead of ‘then’ or stopping mid-sentence to form another sentence when it should have been one; most likely due to electronic errors. Well worth the invested time for this book as the reader is highly likely to be able to take several things away that they can use for improvement. 5 Stars!perspective
