Description
This Dungeons & Dragons-inspired fantasy adventure is the first installment in the beloved Dragonlance Chronicles, set in the magical world of Krynn.
Once merely creatures of legend, the dragons have returned to Krynn. But with their arrival comes the departure of the old gods—and all healing magic. As war threatens to engulf the land, lifelong friends reunite for an adventure that will change their lives and shape their world forever . . .
When Tanis, Sturm, Caramon, Raistlin, Flint, and Tasslehoff see a woman use a blue crystal staff to heal a villager, they wonder if it's a sign the gods have not abandoned them after all. Fueled by this glimmer of hope, the Companions band together to uncover the truth behind the gods' absence—though they aren't the only ones with an interest in the staff. The Seekers want the artifact for their own ends, believing it will help them replace the gods and overtake the continent of Ansalon. Now, the Companions must assume the unlikely roles of heroes if they hope to prevent the staff from falling into the hands of darkness.
Dragons of Autumn Twilight is the first book in the Dragonlance Chronicles.

An escape into a well-crafted world
5By MuzzMuzikAmazing book! Great, rich, deep characters…all with their own vulnerabilities and strengths. This trilogy helped me escape the negativity of parts of my childhood. Upon returning to them as an adult…it still has the same magical effect.Magical
5By exreme gamerThis trilogy of books got me to read when I was 13 years old and have read it probably 5 or 6 times and is just as amazing now as the first time.Great Read…

5By Fizban, The MagnificentI return to Dragonlance often because the world is entrancing and the characters are incredibly real and true. Dragons of Autumn Twilight is the best introduction to the world of Krynn and I cannot recommend it enough!!Price misleading
4By Armitage2010Price says 2.99. Click to buy and it’s 7.99Poor quality Graphic port
2By hrrathulOne of my all time favorites, but the maps and chapter pictures are very poor quality. This is exceptionally diappointing for the map which is barely readable. So I’m rating the ebook version, not the quality of the story.Great Trilogy!
5By KyrosanI genuinely love this trilogy! I’ve read it so many times over the years, and have laughed and cried along with the story. It has some genuinely good pieces of advice regarding life if you are paying attention too!Adequate
3By SaranebThe series is not bad and is somewhat entertaining. Obviously it’s written with the younger reader in mind since it lacks the sophistication that would suit a more mature adult audience. Having been based on the ultra fantasy world of dungeons and dragons is also lacks a more realistic flavor of true medieval times. As a personal observation only, and though probably in an effort to widen the audience, it also seems to focus a little too much on the unrealistic personal relationships and love life of the characters and not enough on the potentially exciting action scenes and battles that could have been expanded on. However all that being said it is still worth the buy if one desires a fun series that doesn’t require to much thought.Dragons of Autumn Twilight

5By Ty2880Dragons of Autumn Twighlight was my entry into the DragonLance world. I then spent the next 6-8 years reading every novel, playing every game, and waiting for the first movie. I wish they would revive the legend in a big way.
