Ms Parker does a great job of building the suspense, without giving away too much, keeping the reader engaged the entire story. 5By ExoricDI honestly hate cliffhanger novels but Ali made it work in a tasteful manner. She gave you so many emotions in this one novel. She made you hate Ethan at moments and love him at others. It's a story of blossoming love but in an atypical style that is playful. Ethan & Riley are quite a pair and I can't wait to read the next novel! Hopefully they each can mature enough and start making their own decisions instead of playing cat and mouse games forever.Center stage

Normally in Ali's books, the male character makes you fall hard for him, but Ethan's boyish ways are a fresh twist to the main character. This makes it definitely a worth while read. Will his boyish ways hinder his blossoming relationship? I can't wait to read the next book to find out.Wow
5By VST8214Talk about leaving you with your mouth open.. I absolutely love the tension between Ethan and Riley, and their feelings towards one another is unfolding. This second book is showing the depth of their connection besides the lust they feel for one another. The relationships that Ethan has with Deza is hilarious. I love his sense of humor as well as his sarcasm along with Riley's. If the first book left me wanting more, this second one has surpassed it. I'm dying to find out what happens next, how it all unfolds and the situations are handled.Center Stage

The author has done a wonderful job with Ethan's character in center stage he is witty, funny and hey his (big) problem enhances his character even more. I loved the exchange between he and Deza his agent as well. I recommend this book highly if you want a laugh and want to see a Romance blossom into something beautiful although circumstances may not intend. Great read and great flow.Ethan and Riley are hot

For one, it makes you dislike the male character because, he is so juvenile, then feel sorry for him because, of a bad background and then love his off color remarks for his neediness. Ethan is a very lovable fellow! Riley the female character seemed to be trying to escape from a bad situation but, never quite makes it. She keeps trying to escape her past. But, her and Ethan have the chemistry and you know it's going to happen.Ali does a fantastic job of describing the characters and their feelings.Ali is a "walking encyclopedia" to come up with all the knowledge she has of different jobs and bits of trivia sprinkled through out! Loved it and would definitely recommend it! Rita Rae
